Ordering process? How does it work on your site?

  1. Choose Flag model, make sure to add the flag print and base attachments.
  2. Then add to cart and check out (provide billing, shipping, and payment).
  3. Upload artwork referencing order # here: Artwork Upload

 

How do I order flags?

We have the flags listing broken down in sections, the flag pole is the price that is listed. Once you click on the listing for the model you would like to purchase, there are additional options to “Add A Flag” which is to add the flag prints to the order. And the option “Base Attachments” which is to add the ground spike, cross base, or water weight bag combination. Then input the quantities you would like to purchase and add to cart and proceed to check out.

Do I just send you my logo and what I want on the flag?

No, we ask for print ready artwork when you submit your order. If you are unable to produce a print ready artwork please give us a call at 909-393-1333 and we can provide a graphic design quote depending on how complicated the design is. Rates start off from $35. 

I’m ordering but where can I attach the artwork?

The artwork upload is not linked to the ordering process, please place your order first by checking out, after your order is completed and you will receive an order number; then upload your artwork using the link provided. If there is no link to upload your artwork, you can go to the top bar and click on the “Artwork Upload” button. Please make sure to reference your order number and company’s name in the subject part of upload.

Where is the template?

Each flag model has a different template, please choose the model that you would like to purchase and under the listing for that specific model, there is a “template” button on the left side of the video. Please “right click” on your mouse to download the template on your computer. The template is a JPEG file which can be open in most designing software to design your images over.

Is 3 business days when I would get the flags?

No, the 3 business days is the production time after your order is process, online orders are process the following business day. If there are any artwork issues or if you request an email PDF proof, that will delay your order. Transit time is additional.

How long will it take to get to me (ship time)?

We ship UPS Ground in the continental US 48 states, transit time is 2-5 business days on top of 3 business days production time. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we ship USPS Parcel which can take about 2 weeks to 5 weeks. For faster shipping, please call 909-393-1333 to place your order.

What is your flag material made of?

We digitally print on white polyester fabric and then cut and sew the flags. Because fabric allows for a lot of lights to pass through, colors are usually about 1-2 shades lighter than what you give us provided.

What does double sided flag mean?

When a flag is printed single sided, the colors seeps through to the other side however the flag is read correctly on one side and is read REVERSE on the other side. For double sided flags, we print 2 flags and sew them together to equal one flag. The flag is read correctly on both sides. The template that is listed for the double sided will show 2 sides to design your artwork over.
